Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to both the customer and our business. Customers can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a nominal fee, equivalent to 20% of the booking amount, to cover administrative costs and potential loss of revenue. In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate such changes as best as we can. For cancellations due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service team directly, as we handle these on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience while maintaining a fair policy for all parties involved.
